-Depending on the weather and surroundings; windows should be cleaned at least once a year. Cleaning windows regularly helps preventing hard water accumulation and accumulation of foreign materials.

How long does it take to clean the windows?
-For one person, a very detailed window cleaning (inside and outside) job requires 1 hour per 1000 sq ft for the one story house and 1.5 hours per 1000 sq ft for a two story house due to labor intensive ladder work.

Do I need to prepare the space before window washing?
-The owner is responsible to remove any objects in a way of the window. If the owner is unable to remove objects in a way of the window the objects will be removed by the service provider. If the object is un removable the window will be marked as unable to reach.

-We give 7 day total guarantee for external sources. (ex. Rain, Wind, Dust, Streaks etc.)

Do I need to be home during window cleaning appointment?
-For professional purposes we do need you to accompany our visit during inside window cleaning. Inside window cleaning takes about 1/3 of the service time.

Why are my windows foggy?
-The reason for foggy windows is broken or damaged rubber sill that keeps the gas between the panes from escaping. If the sill is damaged it can accumulate water which is a perfect place for mold to grow.
It is recommended for windows to be replaced in case of internal molding.

Screens should be washed at least once a year. More frequent care of the screens benefits in longer life of the screens.

I have stains on my screens, can they be cleaned?

Do you wear shoe covers?
-As a respect to our clients we don't wear shoes in the house unless they are protected by shoe covers or customer permission is given to wear shoes.

Tips and Facts:
-Don't use windex, windex makes temporary impression of clean windows. Get a squeegee, wet the window with water and squeegee it off.
-Never hose down your windows. Hosing down your windows will leave huge amounts of hard water stains which are costly to remove.
-To remove hard water spots and paint call a professional, don't risk scratching your windows.
-To remove any streaks off your window use a dry rag and just wipe it off to the side of the window.
-If you have problems taking your screens off call a professional it is not worth damaging your screens.
-Never use ammonia to wash your windows, you may use a drop of dish detergent as joy or dawn.
